What I have been able to piece together suggests that this is "sometimes" available in the makernotes. I got that information from http://www.ozhiker.com/electronics/pjmt/jpeg_info/canon_mn.html. If you take a look at the canon_php_exif.php link you will see how it is extracted. I have confirmed that this is correct for my Canon S400. I have not tested it extensively with other cameras. Many of the photos in my Gallery do not have any EXIF data, so the ISO is not available. Looking at the full size photos in your Gallery (very nice btw) I do not see any makernotes in the Exif data of the photos I looked at. Perhaps that is the problem. It looks like you are using Quicktime software on a Mac and it is possible that it is removing the makernotes when you save it (some programs that don't understand the makernotes will simply remove them). You should try with an original, unedited, file. Feel free to send me an original file. I welcome any sample Canon camera photos for testing. I will update the page with any relevant results I find.
