After 12 years of stability, I have resurrected the GPX Viewer script to update it with the Google Maps API v3.

Those of us still using the V2 API were starting to get strange errors and messages about the keys expiring or pages crashing when using the old V2 API with new keys. Rather than try to figure out the bug in the V2 Maps API it was easier to migrate the code.
