Version 1.2 of the Google Calendar Widget Plugin now adds an option to allow you to expand the event entries automatically, without clicking on them.

    Hi, Thanks for such a great widget. One concern I have is it takes a really long time to retrieve information from google sometimes. Is it possible to cache the calendar information and then retrieve the new information so it loads without delay? Using something like magpie or simplepie might work for this.
